He has successfully led large-scale projects focused on restructuring, operational efficiency, and financial performance improvement across both public and private sectors.Mohamed has held senior leadership roles across multiple countries including Libya, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates, bringing a strong international perspective and cross-border expertise to his work. He previously chaired the Board of Directors of the Mediterranean Bank in Libya (2023–2024) and served as a strategic advisor to the Central Bank of Libya through an international consultancy initiative.He holds an MBA in Business Finance from Rome Business School and an MSc in Accounting & Finance from Western California University.
